Erika DeRoberts

Growing up, Erika DeRoberts lived all over the United States, in Canada and Mexico.  So it was natural that she found professional fulfillment and joy in helping others with their home decisions.  She began her real estate career in 2005, working for a national builder in onsite sales.  She achieved Rookie of the Year by selling 26 town homes in her first five months and was awarded Salesperson of the Year the following year.  She has also been awarded the Homefinder.com National Rookie of the Year for assisting Upstate S.C. agents with their business and marketing plans, focusing on digital and online advertising.  As a branch leader and broker-in-charge at an Upstate real estate company, she was awarded the Pride and Purpose and Rising Star awards in 2014.

DeRoberts enjoys training and leading real estate salespeople.  Her career beats to this drum:  Serve, edify and help others achieve their very best.  Today, she serves as Vice President and Broker-in-charge at Coldwell Banker Caine and also leads the New Home Division.

Erika DeRoberts brings her creativity and love of art to every area of her life.  She believes that there is always the opportunity to use your gifts and talents in service to others.  She teaches art classes at Vino & Van Gogh, and has taught painting classes at Artisphere for the past 5 years.  She also paints live during the church service every Christmas at Mauldin Methodist.  Erika lives in Fountain Inn with her husband of 17 years and three daughters.
